Collate data from last x days based on todays date

Hi Folks

I'm trying to find a way to insert a formula that looks at todays date in a cell then returns the sum of values in cells for the last 5 and 10 working days if that is possible.

Any help would be gratefully received please. I've added a sample workbook that shows what the data should add up to. Previous days.xlsx
