Mandatory field

  • Hello, I am currently working in a project. How can I add a special code in a generated new workbook? The scenario is, I have a project that generating a new workbook based on the information inputted by the user. After generating a new workbook, some fields are required to fill, the user cannot save the file, if the mandatory field are not filled. I cannot add a code to the new generated workbook. Can someone help me? Thanks!

  • Could you attach a copy of your file including any macros you are currently using? It would be easier to see how your data is organized and to test possible solutions. Include a detailed explanation of which fields are mandatory, referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets. De-sensitize the data if necessary.
