VBA to copy specific data from 1 sheet to another in a table matching criteria and not deleting data that's already there.

Can anyone help me with a Macro that copies data from 1 sheet to a table in another sheet in excel without deleting previous data? Can a macro also screenshot a specific sheet range and copy it into a new outlook window (like a prep email)?
