Formula to find and match an exact word in a cell

    Hi,

    I need help to compare an EXACT WORD in a cell ("B1") whether is available in another cell (A1). I use this formula "=ISNUMBER(SEARCH(B1,A1))" in comparing Cell B2 and A2, but it gives me result as "TRUE", whilst it should be "FALSE". Can someone help me with the correct formula ?
