    Welcome to ozgrid.

It gives the error because there is nothing to subtract, you need to put in an IF statement.

This will check the cell in QTY column for a value if no value found will return nothing =IF(E11="","",E11-F11-G11-H11)

    Hi Windy58 ,
I hope you will be fine.

again here because i have again problem. ( i am again attaching the sheet)
every thing is working perfect fine. problem rises when,
suppose i received Qty (20) when i "copy past" different consumed Qty in column "G" (MC03 Multan) it again show error (#VALUE!) against those columns which are blank and also same error at the end in Summery forum.ozgrid.com/index.php?attachment/55145/.
Please check the sheet/Formulas and correct / guide as possible.
(Windy58, i am not a expert of excel , so dont feel bad due to my questions and my poor English)

    Always regards
    Waiting.

Can you tell me what the problem is that you have, as the calculations seem OK to me.

i have only a little issue,

    In Column E, Count 119, Numerical Count 21 (When I select E-11 to E-133), that's fine, But,
When I select the Summery DE Column, it show Count 123, Numerical Count 123 ? (Why show Numerical Count 21)
    This is the problem,

    Regards.

I don't know why this is happening.

I tried =COUNTIF(DE11:DE133,">0") and this returned the same as column E. (Numerical count 21)

What do you mean by Count 119?

Count & (Numerical count 21), it is office 2007, option.
Open any excel sheet , at the end of right side, right corner,
Right click there and you will find this .?

Windy58, if not happening, that's OK,
    i am fine ,
    again many many thanks,.

    I have discovered the answer.

You have got the spreadsheet set up not to show a zero value, when you highlight the range it will count these even though you cannot see them.

See attachment, I have added If statements to return blank in stead of zero.
