Please see attached workbook.
On The first sheet "Movements" this is what I am trying to do.
User is booking back in Container CRSU2280, ie it's being returned by customer.
In cell B11 user will enter date, say 12/10/2013 (that's dd/mm/yyyy).
They tab across to Column C and are presented with listing of containers.
They click on Container CRSU2280 and the listing closes and they are returned to where they were.
That cell is now populated with the container they are booking back in, for this example CRSU2280.
They then tab across to Column F and are presented with listing of ships.
They click on the ship's name the container is being returned by and the listing closes and they returned to where they were.
That cell is now populated with the ship's name returning the container.
The problem is this
I need a check in place to make sure that the ship's name that user just populated into Column F matches the ship's name it was last booked out to.
So I need Cell F11 to only accept the value "Geo Atlantic".
I can do it myself with helper cells but I want VB to do it.
This is what I have tried without success
But 10 and 11 would need to be variables and I don't think I can put variables into EVALUATE and it didn't work anyway.
I also tried the above as
I also tried to find just the row number in order to calculate ship's name
Appreciate is someone could help me out on this one.
