Pivot table filter, greater than 30days old, dynamic

I have a pivot table that i need to only show items that have a due date that are greater than 30 days old. I would like this to update daily so that i am not required to go in and change the filter date each time. Is there a way to use the TODAY function in the filters or reference a cell for the date to filter by? Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Since there are macros running to refresh the data when the document is opened, I decided that would be the best course of action and just added some Pivot filter code.
