SUM until result is lower than

Hi - this is my first post here

I have a table with 3 columns.
first: date
second: time
third: value/counter (Integer)

I need diff of time (based on second column) between cells from third column (value/counter).
Sum of following cells have to be smaller than 125 and and the sum should be from at least two cells.
This diff of time I want to have in fourth column.

I am not sure if I can describe it correctly - so please look into my file - I manually marked with red color all needed cells and put few example of diff time.
