Rename photos to special number

Hi Sirs, Im trying to get the SPECIAL NUMBER to rename the photos(Column C) according to their names(Column B) and tried using index and match but some of them are giving me errors..

you need to keep the columns you are extracting from the same range
so
=INDEX($A$2:$A$1000,MATCH(MID(C2,1,FIND(".jpg",C2,2)-1) & "*",$B$2:$B$1000,0))
