changingl contour plot colors using vba

Hi,
I am trying to generate a contour plot from the data on a worksheet. There is no problem with the generation of the plot, but there is no way to select the color ranges for the contours. Excel does that on its own and it seems there is no way to specify the range of values for particular color on the contour plot. I have been trying to do this both with vba and the chart options, but I can't find a way to do it.

I have attached an example, please take a look and you will understand why I have been trying to do this. I will appreciate any help.

Hey, thank you so much for your help. This can be used even when you are not using the pivot chart, for ordinary contour/surface plots as well.

So this is what I've done:

prepare contour plot>go to layout table from chart tools>select vertical(value) axis from the current selection tab on upper left corner> click format selection> change
major unit from automatic to fixed
