There is a small problem with the chart though, i want pending and resolved values together not seperate meaning that type 1 for both not resolved type 1 and pending type 1, sorry if i wasn't clear 
and finally i have 9 types those 3 were only templates and i wanted to add the other 6 but it turned out to be tricky :p
