using link inside " "

Hi,

I have the following simple problem (or is it?)

When using the sumif function,
i have the following sumif(someRange, "<8/11/04", someRange1)

I have to do this many many times, but for each row the 8/11/04 will
increment. However, I cant put a link inside the " " ... like "<A2"

Any suggestion is greatly welcome!
