QUality Center Macro for Defect attachement Via excel macro

Hey people,

Hope you all doing good.Now am using Quality Center 11.00.Most of the days am facing problem while attaching Snapshot of the test result and some other attachements to Defects and its time consuming.So am trying to make a macro with below items.
1.User credential (login table)
2.Attachement Location (Users Local machine path)
3.And one defect cell to upload the documents.

Need your assistance to achive this.
