I work in a call center and I wanted to tackle our persistent problem of running out of work stations.
I was given the task of providing a seating arrangement for the whole center (imagine 900 agents and 15 different start times and days off).
They gave me a floor plan in excel.
My question is can I automate plotting agents on work stations by teams or individual with different start times and different days off AND sharing of work stations.

In my opinion... you probably could...
Whether I myself have the Excel abilities/experience to do it... I would like to give it a go and find out.. as the problem sounds quite interesting..
Can you attach what you have (Excel floor plan, an example of your rostering sheet, etc)..
The more you can provide.. the better the chance of s solution I would think..

in the sheet 1 i have provided their id and start and end time, in sheet 2 i have provided the extension number.

Didn't see anything about floor plan, workstations, groups, days off and sharing.
