How to allow dropdowns to be controlled with mouse wheel

    I have an excel document that has several dropdowns throughout, however the mouse wheel does not scroll through the list. Is there any way to allow the mouse wheel to control the dropdown?

    Click the cell with the drop down menu, then point to the up or down arrow at the right or anywhere in that vertical bar of the list and scroll with your mouse wheel.

    Is there anyway to use the mouse wheel when not hovering in the vertical bar?
