Matching Value in 2 sets of Data

I am trying to match the value of two different sets of data (I.e. Source with PO vs. GL data). I am unable to use Vlookup since there are no searching fields that are the same except the amount/value, is there any alternatives?

Can you post an example workbook? I'm not sure what you're trying to "match" if there aren't any fields with the same value?
