If cell contains a specific test teh copy it to a cell in another sheet

Hi People.

So what I'm trying to do is I have a list of names in A and in E I have their Grades.

What I'm trying to do is in another sheet it looks like

What I want to do is in Column B on Sheet 2 is to look through and find any Matching Grades on Sheet 1 Column E and place the name from Sheet 1 Column A into the cell.
The problem I'm facing is I can write it to write down multiple names as some times people will have the same grade

This is the file.
As you'll see there are 5 grades with 10 rungs each.

Trying to avoid VB code as other people will have to use this and it would be easier if there wasn't or if VB code needs to be used can we make it automatically.
