Trim data imported from external source

    I have exported data from a database and it has created an Excel cvs file. However, when I put the date into a Word document there are leading and trailing spaces between the fields.


    Is there anyway I can remove these spaces?

    Hi,


    Do you have any options other than CSV ?


    If not you might be as well importing it into Excel, using the TRIM function to get rid of leading and trailing spaces and then saving the data again.
