I have a sheet with only the option:
Unprotect Shared Workbook under Tools/Protection.
When I want to view the code I get a msgbox "Project is locked" "Project is unviewable".
I know that there is no password.
What can I do to disable the protection?

It sounds like the VBA code is password protected. Is this your workbook?
Yes its my workbook.
Somebody has played with it and I don't know what he has done.
I only know that there's no password given to protect it.
Try this:
After choosing Tools/Protection/Unprotect Shared workbook.... In the Tools Menu, choose Share Workbook. You will note there is a check box for sharing workbook with other users (usually activates by default when you Protect and Share workbook). This is an easy fix and you'v probably already spotted it, but sometimes the basics can be skipped....

I tried to use the unprotection software and I took a look at the check box for sharing workbook but nothing of this could help.
Still any ideas?

Re you sure you followed Willy's suggestion. This is often the reason why you cannot view the code, i.e the Workbook is shared.
Or, it could be that the Workbook had the VBE "locked for viewing" in an later version of Excel that you are using. Try opening it in Excel 2000, or 2002. If you do not have these, perhaps you could post your Workbook here.

I didn't look that good to Willy's suggestion.
My workbook was shared and with unsharing it the problem was solved.
