Switching rows and columns in access

i have report like that

Evaluation---- year
good ---- 2010
v good ---- 2011
excellent ---- 2012

and i and need one like

2010 ---- 2011 ---- 2012
good ---- v good---- excellent

copy the first column and paste in some where on the new sheet and use pastespecial values ticked and transpose ticked and enter you will get what you want...
