One reason apperent to me is that the previous links has many subsection which open when one clicks on it----- while the later one that works is a flat one

After posting was not able to find the thread for some time and was overconsumed with other affairs so postponed this issue and then forgot , SORRY
but still this issue has remained unsolved.
Also I was able to solve a part of problem(options part) but that file is of large so has uploaded in dropbox
