I have a query and will appreciate if anyone can help me with the VBA code as my VB skills are limited.
I have a spreadsheet which takes its data from an outside database and produces a Pivot report. The report consistes of the Sales and stock information for diffrent employees.
The way the spreadsheet is designed, user will choose his/her name from a drop down filter and the figures on the Main Table gets updated automatically for the chosen name. They can then print the sheet for their records.
However What I need is to be able to have a print button at the top of the page so when the area manager clicks on it it will print each employees figures an one sheet in one go, i.e. rather than choosing the name and then pressing print, it will automatically select the first name in the list and prints the data for that person gets printed and then second name and the data for the second person and so on. I hoope this makes sense.
I have attcahed a very simple spreadsheet (without the Pivot) just to make it a bit clearer. So in the sample sheet you can choose the name (A2) and the data in the main table will show the result for AAA, then that person can print the sheet. But What I need is to click a print button so that the result for employee AAA be printed then the employee BBB is chosen and its result gets printed and so on. Currently the spreadsheet is changes the figures in b6-b10 depending on the name chosen justy to be able to test the print once its down so that diffrent figures are printed for diffrent people.
I really will apprecaite anyones help with the code if its possible to do. [/INDENT]
