I would like to set up a column that does a top 20 for another column from lowest to highest. For example; column a has 200 different percentages. In column b I want to set up 1-20 a list of the 20 lowest percentages. How do I do that?

Look at Excel's SMALL function. It can do what you want.

What does that mean "SMALL Function" maybe I am more novice than I thought.

SMALL is one of Excel's built in functions, just like SUM is. Use the Function Wizard to see how to use it.
