Macro Security Level

Hello,

Is there a way to use VBA code on the workbook open event that will check what level the user has their macro security set? More specifically, I'd like the spreadsheet to close if the macro security is not set to medium (and enabled gets clicked) or low.

Hi Eric

As this is a security measure there is no way as any VBA code would have to run and if they say No to enable Macros, or have it set to High, no VBA will run.

However, try this Workbook which encourages the user to Enable Macros.
