Conditional Duplicate Formatting for specific cells

In excel I added a conditional formatting so it flagged up when there we duplicate entires. Alex can't work in the kitchen and the classroom at the same time as they are both in the morning but with the conditional formatting in place it flags up even when there isn't anyone assigned to it. As it will pick up if Kitchen is assigned more than once.

I have created a list of names and defined them as "Name" but I don't know where I go from there.

Can someone please help me?

To make it as clear as possible.

I want the cell to highlight red if the same person is working in two places on the same day but I don't want the cell going red if there are multiple names of places.

Turns out this doesn't work on the piece I'm actually working on and I've been trying to avoid asking again but I've tried loads to sort it.

Sometimes there are two people on the same shift but this would need to flag up as well just like before. I made a lost of names and defined them as "Names" as I thought it would be easier to lookup them names and flag up if there are duplicates of them in specific cells

There must be an easier way. Surely it's just a case of ignoring the locations and checking over a list of names and if there are duplicate names in the am across each row then it flags up.
