I need to calculate the number of Intersection of 2 columns.

this is the code that I currently have

Can this code be tweeked so that it will consider rRange to be like C3:C10 and D3:D10. or another example rRange could be C3:C10 and F3:F10.
Meaning rRange 2 ranges.
