Archery scorecard for Top 4 Female scores then the Top 8 scores

I am trying to write a formula which will List, Rank, and calculate scores and archers. The problem I am having is to weave a formula into other formulas that will show the Top 12 scores WITH 4 of them being Female. Even if the Females are not the in top 12 scores, they should make at least 4 out of the 12 scores.

That would be a possibility. I need the top 12 scores, but AT LEAST 4 have to be female. So, if I had any female scores higher than a male score OR any other female scores in the top 12, that would suffice. I could have 6 male and 6 female top scores, as long as I had at least 4 females.
