If Formula with multiple columns

I"m a little stuck. I've built a ton of formulas in the past but I can't seem to get this one to work the way I want. I've been working with the below categories and trying to create a specific if formula that returns the needed value. In this case if the value in the casual column is Y and the value in the non casual column is N then i need the formula to return Y but if the value in the casual column is Y and the value in the non casual column is Y then i need the formula to return N. Any help is appreciated! I've added some sample data below.
