So, I have a dropdown menu on a cell which contains a list of countries, like this :
Multiple "country" answers are possible, so I use the below macro to allow multiple selections from the dropdown menu.
But, as Please Select is my "default" answer, it also appears in the final answer and I would want the macro to "ignore" the Please Select...so instead of: "Please Select, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria etc" to be "Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria etc".
Any ideas in how to do it?
