How to delete content of cells that are adjacent to a string

Hello!

Haven't been able to find an answer to this online; thought someone here might give me a hand.

I need to find a way to remove the contents of a cell that's adjacent (to the left of) any cell containing the text "Do Not Call". VBA preferred but any ideas welcome.
