Need Update option on userform7

I am having a heck of a time figuring out how to update a bowlers average without deleting original entry and adding new.

I am just learning this userform coding from what I can find in youtube and this update option is not working to well for me.

I have attached a copy of my worksheet

If there is anyone out there can help me fix the update cmd button on userform7 you would forever be my friend.

there are better ways

I am learning as I go, I still have lots of work I want to do to this worksheet.
I eventually want to add a signup form that allows me to enter all bowlers in the eliminators from one page
and input games all from one page also.
But for now I just get to learn from watching youtube videos.

I tried pasting that in the update button code area and it wouldn't work

I have attached the latest Excel file that I am going to use along with the database form that I modified that you sent me
I am wondering if there is a way to add your form to my file or code the database form in the one you sent me to allow me to
click the check boxes and it will add the bowlers name to the corresponding Eliminator bracket

I will probably do the doubles just using the drop down list

The eliminator buttons are so when a bowler enters two eliminators say Elinintor 1 and 2 My plan is to click on eliminator buttons 1 and 2 and
it will transfer his name to those eliminators

next bowler will get in say # 1 and #4 oherwise I have to go to each eliminator and add each bowler to each on

also would be nice to limit each eliminator to 16 bowlers and when that is reached it pops up window that says they are full
or a counter under each eliminator button shows the number of entries

Its not a big deal if it cant be done
