Combining <= and >= in same formula for time calculation

I am wanting to write a formula that calculates the span of time and highlights if an employee has worked more than 3 hours and if so, at least 5 hours

for example (C11-B11<=500,INPUT!B9,0) - but this does not include the formula regarding more than 3 hours

C11 = 12:30
B11 = 07:00

INPUT!B9 = 5:00

Any help would be awesome.

Try putting this into C13

=IF(AND(C11-C12<=0.208333333333333,C11-C12>0.125),Input!B9,0)

The way I got those numbers is to put 5:00 and 3:00 into cells that was formatted for numbers and copy then paste as text.

Then use conditional fomatting where =C13<>0
