IF Rank Statement

    I am trying to rank only if O17 = PASS otherwise i want it to fail,


    the following it my attempt and i cant seem to get it working


    IF( O17= "PASS", (RANK(P17,$P$17:$P$27),"FAIL"))


    Any Ideas??

    If this doesn't work, explain what is going wrong.
