    when i did like this =HYPERLINK("C:\Users\heral\Desktop\Mechanical\Erection"&A1&".pdf") it works, but the name is also like that, how can i change the name of that link like the RFI name.

    That is because your locale has changed it from a comma to a semi-colon, which for you is correct. I had no way of knowing that your locale required that, but you should know.

    ah i see, im very happy now because of that, hmmmn just last one, how do i know if all of my pdf's file at my folder are in my excel. like conditional formatting?

    i see the excel file , but what if we want to have link on the same column A , i am looking for that for so long could not succeed in that.
