I have attached a spreadsheet to hopefully make this explanation easier. I have two Sheets ('SLA's' & 'Calculations').
In 'SLA's' this shows the 'Start' and 'Finish' time for each priority (I.e. P1's is round clock 24*7, but P2, P3 start at 04:30 and stop at 18:30) and shows their SLA's (P1= 4 hours, P2 = 16 hours and P3 = 32 hours).
In the 'Calculations' sheet; what I would like to do is, based on the priority, calculate when the SLA will fail. So,
for example, if a Priority 1 is raised on 9/20/2016 11:25:00 PM, and it's SLA is 04:00 clock hours, it would fail at 9/21/2016 03:25:00 AM.
If a Priority 2 is raised on 22-Sep-2016 05:30:00 AM
, and it's SLA is 16:00 office hours, it would fail on 23/09/2012 07:30 AM. If there is any weekends we need exclude them.
If a Priority 3 is raised on 9/20/2016 1:30:00 AM, and it's SLA is 32:00 office hours, it would fail on 22/09/2012 08:30 AM. If there is any weekends we need exclude them.
