Extract Value from a Text String

Hello,

I am looking to extract a value from a text string and tried to use several combinations of right/left/mid/len functions but can't seem to get it to work. Here a scenario of what I would like the formula to accomplish:

Example 1:
AB FBO EFGH BARC MOLL GIVEN

Output desired: BARC

Example 2:
AB KLM IJKLM BA MOLL TAKEN

Output desired: BA

Any assistance is very much appreciated.

to clarify, the characters being searched are typically followed by a space and the characters "MOLL". However, the text leading to the desired value is variable but is always preceded by a space.
