    Hi Carim, thanks for that.


    I've developed the formulas further for quarterly payments as well. However it doesn't work on some of the dates. On some rows it adds in an extra month or quarter in the first year and on some rows in adds in and extra month/quarter on the year the contract finishes.


    The assumption in all cases is that payment is in advance.


    Grateful if you could have a look at the attached for me.
