Master sheet

    Ive got a workbook with 16 different tabs. 14 tabs contain information relevant to different departments, with the other 2 being a validation sheet and a dashboard. I'm looking to meet with the individual departments and update the relevant tab in the spreadsheet.

    Is it possible to to create a new master sheet which I can update after I have met with the departments? I've never used VBA or macros but want to avoid VLookup. All the headings in the tabs would be the same with different numbers of rows.

    I would then ideally not have to set up the dashboard every time.

    Many help would be great.
