I am using formula =If(A1>B1,"X",If(A1=B1,"XX",If(A1<B1,"XXX","")
I am using this formula my data is large and this formula hangs my excel so i need alternate of this that can't effect the speed of excel

This is a very simple formula, so it should not cause serious speed overheads. How big is the dataset? What else is going on in the workbook?

From A1:XFD1102 total data & there are numbers and this formula starting from ES coloumn to XFD coloumn

There is no simpler way of doing it, so I can't give you a formula that will perform better. Even given the size of your data, there should be no problem. Maybe your PC just isn't powerful enough?
