Accumulate count of Combobox selections

As you see in the attached excel file
I have a list of tests, but when I select one of them, the whole combo boxes change as well which I don't want that.
Every time I select the test from the drop down menu I loose the previous result which I don't want that.
when choose test 2, I don't want to remove the result of the test 1, I would rather like the result to be accumulated to the first and so on till the 10th test

Hi jaslake,
I would like to repeat the function of the first combo box for the 9 rest tests.
When i do the 2nd test i don't to remove the result of the previous test and so on for the rest tests.
i manage to do the first test but i am struggling in doing the rest
