    Could you kindly be more precise about what you call "aggregating" ...?


    Have you considered inserting a Pivot Table ... which would be the ideal solution for you ...

    Thanks-I mean adding the amounts and vols where the code and delinquency fields are the same [per original attachment]


    I need to load the output into a system eventually so a pivot might not help.

    This method will introduce a VBA to quickly combine all rows with the same ID or name in the specified selection. Please do as follows:


    1. Press Alt + F11 keys to open the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications window.


    2. Click Insert > Module, and then paste the VBA code into the Module window.
