this excel workbook i am add sale invoice excel sheet. i am click on the sale invoice excel sheet & click on the Create invoice command button the create invoice user from was display,TextBox1 autogentare invoice number,combo box 1 show calendar for select date,combo box 2 show bill type option"Tax invoice (GST), Retail Invoice (GST), Bill of Supply,combo box 3 show Payment Type option"credit,Cash,combo box 4 show Sale Type option"OE,E"combo box 5 show place Of supply " Show States list"Text box 2 add vehicle no,Combo Box 6 Show customer Name,Customer Name was Pickup on the Customer Sheet, text box3 show customer address,Text box 4 Show city,Text box 5 Show State name,Text box 6 Show State Code,Text box 7 Show GSIN No, Every thing was pickup on the Customer sheet sir,than click on the copy comand button every thing was show on the shipped to Frame2, in Frame 3 (DESCRPITION) Textbox 13 auto genrate serial number,Combo box 8 Description of good choose item name item name was pickup on the Product sheet,text box 14 HSN code was auto display,Text box 15 add Quintity,Text box 16 Unit was auto display,TextBox 18 add item rate,TextBox 19 taxcable value was auto calculate, Text box 20 add CGST% was auto calculate for this is depend on the supply of state if i supply the matirial within state 18% tax was devided in to parts CGST 9% & SGST 9% Text box 21 add CGST amount was auto calculate,Text box 22 add SGST% was auto calculate,Text box 23 add SGST amount was auto calculate,if i supply the matirial out of state IGST%18%, was auto calculate in Text Box 24,textbox 25 IGST amount was Auto calculate,Text Box 25 net amount was auto calculate,In Label no 40 show total quintity of product,tan click on the add button all the detail was show on the listbox1 & total invoice value was auto calculate in Label 41,in combo box 9 choose mode of transport option "Transport, By courirer"in Combo box 10 show reverse chargies option "yes, No",Text box 27 add electronic refrence no,Text box 28 add note & click on the Create Command button every thing was display on the excel sale invoice sheet,than click on save invoice command button the invoice data was save on the sale invoice database excel sheet sir, click on print invoice command button the print invoice userform was display i am choose original for buyers this option was display on the sale invoice,iam choose duplicate for Seller this option was showw on the sale invoice, i am choose triplicate for transporter this option was show on the sale invoice, i am choose all & click on the next button all three copyes was print ,i am click on view invoice button the view invoice user from was display in list box1 show customer invoice nos i am click on the particuler invoice no in listbox 1 & click on the view invoice data command button the select invoice data was display on the sale invoice excel sheet, i am click on update invoice command button for edit the invoice current selected invoice, i am click on the delete invoice command button the current selected invoice was deleted thanking you if you do not understand please see the pitcher & attachment
