Return hyperlink contained in different sheet based on cell contents of another sheet

I've tried to no avail and am hoping someone can help.
I have a three sheet work book and would like to populate Sheet1 columns "A" and "B" based on following:
If any values are in Sheet3 columns "E" and/or "U", find column "A"s associated hyperlink in Sheet2's column "B" and return it along with Sheet3 column "B" value...avoiding duplicates in Sheet1 column "A".
