Emailing from Excel w/o Outlook

I would like to have a button in my spreadsheet that sends an email with information from various cells that I would like to specify (i do not want all the info from all the cells in the email). My other problem is that i use a Mac and would like this to be sent through Apple "Mail"... could anyone advise me on the code necessary to do this?
