Printing out you formulas on excel

Can any explain please how you print your formula from an excel worksheet as you have probably guessed i'm not very good on excel.

go to "tools", options, view; check the formula box.
all formulas will appear and can be printed
is this what you want?

A quck way to display the formulae in your sheet is to press the Ctrl key and they key to the left of your number 1 (no idea what it's called) simoultaneously. The formulae can then be printed.
