How can I track targets for 12 months that have different values each month? Exaple. Jan =12 Feb= 20 March=23 .... for a total target of say 450. If in Jan the actual number was 10 and in Feb 18, how can I redistribute the remaining 4 among the next 10 months? I hope you can help again.

Are you saying that if your targets (sales targets I presume?) fall short in a month, you want the difference distributed amongst the remaining months?
Example: January's target is to sell 20 items, but you only sell 18. February's target was to sell 30 - but because January fell short by 2, it should be increased to 32. (If you want the shortfall to be spread amongst all of the remaining months, do you want it to be even? Also - can we go into decimal, ie 20.5, 25.25, etc?)

i have adapted my earlier solution. Let me know if it works for you. I haven't time to completely test it.
Just a suggestion, you might have been better off continuing this in your original post, Stick to this one if you need more help with this problem as people can track the answers
