Total hours of work over the midnight hour [SOLVED]

I have a spreadsheet that we use for tracking hours. Right now it converts the hours from 60 minutes to hundreds and adds them up. I am having a problem when a person starts at 11 pm and ends at 7 am it doesn't add correctly. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you

Try the following formula:

=B2-A2+IF(A2>B2;1;0)

There are 2 format methods you can use without utilizing a formula:

format as time 37:30:55

or custom format [h]:mm:ss
