Week Start date

Hi Experts,

need a help. I currently have a date field and for each row in this field, I would like to know the start date for that week (monday's date) using an excel formula. Is there one that exists?

For ex,
Date (in file) Start date
2/14/2005 2/14/2005
2/17/2005 2/14/2005
2/18/2005 2/14/2005
2/22/2005 2/21/2005
