Outlook Send email failed

Hi

I am using the following VB to email information. This code works at home but fails at work with a 'Run Time Error 287' 'Application Defined or object-defined error'

It fails at .Recipients.Add "[email protected]"

The only thing I can think of is some security issue with the macro. But all seems in order.

Can anyone help?

Is there any difference in the computer setup at work?

I just experienced this problem for the first time. You may not be as DUM as me, but in case anyone out there is... My problem was that I did not have Outlook open when I attempted to execute the Excel VBA that was trying to direct Outlook actions, and bingo, "Run-time error '287': Application-defined or object-defined error"

I then opened Outlook (duh), and problem went away.
