i have a macro that runs only on word and outlook 10.0 version of references
but the computer going to use the macro
have only 9.0 version of outlook and word
how to add reference 10.0 in their comp

i am using a macro from the below link

this macro needs 10.0 version but some computers that would use this macro
have 9.0 version

I adapted the code in that link.
The following works with Word 9.0 and Outlook 9.0 libraries.

The code I posted works for me and I have Outlook 9.0 and Word 9.0.

tried running the macro step by step using "F8"
It populates new mail window without word as editor and shows
a plain text format Error Object variable or with block variable not set
in line
But I have changed outlook options mail format to word editor
Restarted all (excel, outlook..) but still same problem
When I create new mail manually I get window with word editor
i use outlook, word and excel 2000

That line isn't in my code.
By the way what message format have you selected on Mail Format tab under Tools>Options...
It should be Microsoft Outlook Rich Text.

In outlook 2000 with win xp -
the code worked perfectly and gave output mail with picture
when send to recepients. there is no picture in the mail body or attachment in recepients inbox
but the sent item shows the picture in the mail body
